AI assistant and call/text automation

Website forms and chat widgets

Lead capture, communication, and related tools

We may update, add, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account login information.

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Fees & Payments

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

Payments are due in advance of service.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

Transmit spam, unauthorized marketing, or harmful code.

Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our systems.

6. Third-Party Services

Some features may rely on third-party providers (e.g., SMS carriers, email services, hosting). Pro Local Leads is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or limitations caused by third parties.

7. Data & Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that:

Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Pro Local Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Local Leads, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for violation of these Terms or non-payment. You may also cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
